Woollen winters

I love Winters, because I'm always ready for hoodies and cold nights. I'm a person who gets cold even in summers, so you can imagine how cold winter really is for me. However, I love winters because I love sweaters, its just something I have fallen in love with from a very young age, not the one's that hug your frame, but those that hang over your frame, giving you warmth and comfort in return.

Sweaters are effortlessly chic and also hide those flabs that develop in winter through excessive food intake. I hope I'm not the only that eats like an elephant in winters!

Here are my favorite picks this winter. They can be teamed with leggings, skinny jeans, or for those daring to face the cold, you can wear em with shorts. I love the fact that they can be worn as a boat neck sweater or as an off shoulder thereby making it a versatile morning to night outfit.

Style Tip:
Turn your boat neck to an off shoulder with a statement neck piece and that perfect pout of ruby woo, and you can easily convert your morning sweater to an evening girl's night out!

Wear your lovely woollens and flaunt them in style

Casual Blues

We all have our Lazy days, wherein all we want is to get in our sweatpants and relax. On those days, when hubby makes plans (ugggh) and you are still in that lazy mode, you need an outfit that looks like you put in a lot of effort, when all you did was, drag it over you.

My lazy outfit is this comfy dress. It is soft, airy and gives you enough room  yet hugs your frame perfectly. Rather, it hugs you in the right places and hides your flaws (wink wink). It's the perfect length for my 5'8'' frame and falls just above my knee. It has pockets on either sides, thereby making it an outfit with all comforts. A drawstring at the waist makes the waist look smaller.

The sweater thrown over is one that easily merges with most of my outfits. I love the lipstick print on it and that added pop of pink brightens any dull outfit.

For winters that make you shiver, team it with good old leggings and these will be good to go.

Black & White

Online bought Maxi dresses always end up being ankle length for me, however I somehow love that length, and stick to 'ankle lengths' with most of my maxi dress (I'm sure they are still maxi, if they are not long enough, aren't they?).

I got this lovely chiffon maxi in black, along with a cotton inner wear. The inner silhouette is shorter than the chiffon, which I super love. it has an elastic band below the bust which accentuates my body frame. It's flirty yet chic. It's casual yet stylish.

I paired it with a white blazer with black details, along with a layered gold neck piece. I love the way how the neck-piece effortlessly merges with the outfit and silently says it all.

You can never go wrong with pairing black and white together. Pair a blazer with a maxi dress to add to the outfit. You can play with colors and patterns.

I teamed the outfit with simple white ballerinas that are easily available anywhere, and add to comfort and style.

Yellow n White

If you want to put me in a fix, all you need to ask  is -  my favourite color. I can never choose between magnificent royal shades of black, deep blue, purple, emerald green, ruby red, to the calming pastel shades of baby pink, peach, or light blue. From mysterious black to splendid white, from blazing red to peppy yellow all colors have their own special place in my heart.

I love the brightness and zest associated with yellow. It has that wonderful power to lift my spirits. I'm, no expert on color therapy but I'm positive that colors do play a vital role in determining our moods and balancing them

Team an A-line skirt either of a solid color or with a beautiful print like the one I have worn with a top that has details, either the sleeve or the neckline. I always stick to the safer options of teaming loose flowing bottoms with a fitted top and vice versa.

Statement jewellery is always a saving grace. It spices up any outfit in seconds. I love pearls, gold, silver, bohemian, you name it, I love em.

Shoe essentials in your closet must must must include - Nudes or beige, black, tan, gold and then those burst of colors! I love pairing up my nudes with almost all my outfits as they complement every attire whether formal or casual.

Black & Gold

One is never over-dressed or underdressed with a Little Black Dress.

The popular LBD is an essential wear in a women's wardrobe. You can never go wrong with a LBD. It's available in all patterns and materials flattering every body shape there can possibly be. So if you still have not found your's, it's about time you go LBD hunting.

I have too many shoes, said no girl ever. Every shoe has a tale of its own, and memories are what we ought to collect apart from shoes in this world!. These lovely Gold babies are my wedding shoes, and I couldn't have asked for a better gift ever. They are super comfortable, and are the perfect accessory to add to your wardrobe.

The perfect Gold to go with any outfit - Jimmy Choo Gold!

Women love wearing heels, but not everyone has a proper gait with heels. I have seen many of my friends who although love wearing heels, are blissfully unaware that their gait needs assistance. The following video is not a 'I'm here to preach', it's just a small endeavor to show that walking in heels is simple and remember to keep it elegant.
