 The revamped Roda Al Bustan (previously Rotana Al Bustan) has a plethora of restaurants. I tried Hibachi (previously Benihana) and was not disappointed one bit. I was invited for the Japatapas, and was pretty intrigued to see Japan mixing with Spain.
